PFP collections
Forty-four to four hundred and forty-five pieces. Whole-image when the paint matters, a code compositor when the grid has to be exact. Metadata, rarity, gallery, zip.

§ 03 · How a drop ships
Four steps. Next, next, next, ship.
The wizard is the process. There is no deck.
Step 1 · Brief
A DM or a Telegram thread. What's launching, on which chain, when, and what already exists: a mark, a clip, a site, a CSS file we can read the palette off. No deck, no discovery call.
Typical turnaround from brief to first plates: days, not weeks.
Step 2 · Register
We lock the look before anything gets made (the reference we're chasing, the palette, the type, the joke) and write it down. Everything after has to obey it. Round-one boards exist to get to a yes, not to pad an invoice.
You approve a direction, not a hundred options.
Step 3 · Build
Whole-image PFPs with exact metadata, or a code compositor when the grid has to be exact. Films modelled, rendered and scored deterministically. Sites static-first on Cloudflare, WebGL when the idea needs a place, a backend only where the mechanism needs one.
Every paid generation is logged. Every render is repeatable.
Step 4 · Ship
A delivery folder with a README, a zip, source files, the live URL. Then the launch kit: PFP, banner, post queue, a loop for the site. If it's live, we're on the DM until it is.
Finals only in the folder. Rounds stay in ours.
